After finding out my target was chair 1 of a UoI concert band, I emailed the conductor to find out when they were meeting. With a time and place, I found my target playing melodic trombone music. It was a simple assassination; by the book. I found out my target would be in an engineering lecture. I got to the classroom about 10 minutes early and waited for him to show up. He showed up right as the class started, so I knew at that point I was sitting through the lecture. At the end of the lecture, I waited for him to leave the classroom and followed him out. As I walked up the stairs of PAR my heart was pounding and my mind was running my plan over and over in my head. I could visualize my plan however, and that is what kept me calm. The day before I had snuck onto my target’s floor in PAR, searching for any information I could find about her and possibly an elimination by random chance. After discovering that she was not on her floor, I was kind of disappointed. That was only until I saw her list of classes sitting on the lounge wall. After quickly writing them down, I left determined to come back tomorrow with a plan.

One of her classes on the board was an advanced level calc class. So I came up with a plan to assassinate my target by posing as a freshman requesting tutoring in calculus. The next day, I walked up to her floor and to her room, only to find her door wide open and her sitting in her room alone. I asked if her name was Sue, and upon receiving confirmation asked her if she knew calculus. I told her I needed help and said I found her name on the study list in the lounge. She left her room to go look at the board, and as she walked down the hallway she decided to take a drink of water. I knew now was the perfect time.
