A total setup is what it was… my buddy arranged the whole thing, lured my victim out into the open for a basketball game not playing and bamn! It was all over…

After a highly paranoid walk across the courtyard to the mailroom, I entered talking about my next target and who could guess! He was right there !! I quickly shut up and went and checked my mail, casually talking with my friend on a different topic. He seemed wary, looking out the window, and eventually he exited the door to his Douglas North dorm. I waited too long, not wanting him to spot me and he got away into his dorm, so I decided to stake the place out for a bit, see what would happen. Luck stroke again, he came out for lunch, walking to the caf looking every which way. I waited till he was a good distance away and began my approach, slow at first, then sprinting until I caught him with a good dose of H2O.

Foiled…I have been humbled. I forgot…”no matter how good you are, you can always be taken down like a punk by some bad case of luck that no amount of skill could counter in time.”

Ahh…it was an exciting day. I had been stalking my target, making him paranoid and fearful. No matter which corner he turned, I was there…and so his corpse would have been as well, had it not been for the luck of his dormmates entering the opposite way and spotting me. He was tipped off and I was out of luck. After setting up a grand plan, I went to English class.

...English class ended an hour early. I could hardly believe it – - I GET LUNCH ON THURSDAY?? This is incredible!

Unfortunately…this was where my hubris took me to my untimely end. I got cocky, and walked straight in front of the Douglas windows, flaunting myself and my nigh- invulnerability. Then I saw someone bust out of his room with a water bottle. Kotjan, I figured. I had worked out that he was my assassin…but I did not take time to validate this. I knew I was faster than most, and I used it…I got in the mail room before he got near the door. Hehe…’twas most amusing for me, imagining his thoughts as he realized his target just vanished into thin air.

Though in the end, such arrogance became my ultimate enemy, and my true killer. I knew my game was up…I was far too focused on taking my target than on protecting myself. Imagine my elation when I realized my assassin knew exactly who I am, and he had NO opportunities to even APPROACH taking me down. MWAHAHA! I died on the pointed end of that maniacal laugh.

I had imagined my death most glorious…my greatly capable assassin…plotting for an entire week, finally achieved the set of circumstances he waited for and manipulated. He would have me cornered by my own behaviour, and he would strike…destroying me utterly. I would die, but it would not matter, for it would be a good death. ...no such thing was the case. I went to lunch, full hubris in tow, and I saw Kotjan talking with Gordie. Well…Gordie wasn’t in the game, he couldn’t possibly be suspicious; I memorized everyone who is in the game! They noticed me and bolted toward me, ha…I could turn and evade, Gordie would catch up to me, but there’s no way he could hold me long enough for Kotjan to drench me. Then, the one thing I did not anticipate occurred…GORDIE SHOT ME?? Wait a second…”Gordon Tate.” I don’t know his last name…CRAP! That’s the missing link. It was HIM! He killed Kotjan and I became his next mark. I should never assume, but I do anyway! He wasn’t even stalking me…he was just…there.

Still…an opportunity is an opportunity. Were I in the same position, I would have taken the exact same action. Kudos on the kill, you took the opening and that is always what must be done.

Still…I stab at thee from beyond the grave. You shall NEVER touch my target tomorrow! You shall fail in taking this elusive shadow, and I shall ensure it!

(NOTE: I did turn up the dramatics…but I’m just having fun; I’m really tired and excitable. Hehe.)

Primary objective failed. Mission: Failed. Operative: Neutralized.

Re- assignment: Protect previous target from assassination.

That dreaded hour of supper came again, and with it another fatality. I saw him in line getting food. . . from there it was all a waiting game… he finally got up to go kill someone else and so I waited for him to come back to the building, sprinting at him until it was all over in a gusto of water.

I think an all out brawl with fists and blood flying would have been much more fun, cause then everyone from the caf would’ve joined in (including girls) and a mass riot would have happened throughout the school. Thanks for not letting a mass riot happen tate, I hope you’re happy

I was in the middle of a mission to flush a friend’s target out of the library when lo and behold, my next target was approaching the library doors. (Earlier he had successfully eluded me in the cafeteria, moments after my first kill). Acquiring my weapon of choice from my friend… I waited until my unsuspecting victim, oblivious to who I was, entered my kill zone. As he passed, a full shot of water rang out against his arm and down his side. Oh how sweet it was…my second kill, handed to me on a platter, and within an hour of my first! My third target is regretably (for him)known and in my sights…

This is easily the worst thing that’s ever happened to me.

He was a slippery fellow, constantly being reported as a ‘sprinter’ to and from classes. I decided to attempt tailing him…no luck…lurking in the shadows…equally disappointing. Until the dreadful hour of supper approached, oh that sweet hour of both consumption and death. I waited until he left with his girlfriend, his one weakness, since it destroyed his ability to sprint…leaving him as vulnerable as a wing- cleft bird. I watched him walk from the caf to the atrium, and at this point I took action… rushing outside to inconspicuously socialize with my partner in crime…waiting for his exit onto death. Out he came, his head turning in all directions…sure he was safe, he continued to walk to Douglas. It was at this point that I took action, my adrenaline overcoming me..I sprinted running faster and faster as I approached so as to close the distance with no chance of escape. All attempts to run away were in vain as too little, and too late, he began to run only to be sprayed with water down his backside. First kill was grand, infusing a ferocious drive for my next victim….

So I was busy writing a letter to my athiest friend in California when I got the urge to eat. I invited my girlfriend to dinner with me and bought our food and sat down. We asked some friends for input and tried to make the letter make sense, using various verses and such. After about an hour or so of writing and discussion, we decided to leave because I had to go to martial arts. Now, earlier in the day, she and I had excruciating exercise (I ran for an hour around Langley and she walked on a bad knee around the track). Hobbling, she followed me toward the Douglas Hall. As I heard the footsteps, I knew what was up. I proceeded to begin running, but alas my laptop, spilling water bottle, and umbrella were too much to carry. I heard a squirt and knew he missed, then I knew I did not have the energy to run any longer and I slowed down, only to be sprayed right on. Not only did he get me, but my laptop as well…which might have been damaged if I did not use good judgement and discretion. Maybe my girlfriend was my weakness, maybe it was the sore muscles and joints, maybe it was the fact I had my $1200 laptop in my arms, I dont know…but what is for sure is that I got hit fair and square. Too bad.
