Ensure Email Delivery

Some of our users have reported that emails from Sassins have been marked as spam. We have observed this to occur in Hotmail and Gmail. While we are exploring long term permanent fixes to this problem, we suggest you add admin@sassins.com to your contact list to ensure email delivery.

Gmail

By adding admin@sassins.com as a contact you tell Gmail not to mark any mail from that address as spam.

  1. Go to the Contacts page by clicking "Contacts" on the left menu.
  2. Click "Create Contact" on the toolbar.
  3. Set the Primary Email to admin@sassins.com; click save.

Hotmail

By adding admin@sassins.com as a contact you tell Hotmail not to mark any mail from that address as spam.

  1. Go to the Contacts by clicking "Contacts" on the left menu.
  2. Click "New" on the toolbar.
  3. Set the Personal Email to admin@sassins.com; click save.
